BENCH PLANETARY MIXER PL20 TOUCH

Machine for counter operation, particularly suitable for the processing of food-confectionery products in bakeries, confectioners, ice-cream makers, etc. They are all places that require the following operations to be performed: beating, whipping, and amalgamating.
The structure is formed with single aluminium casting assembled with pig iron basement. The moving parts are mounted on ball bearings. Safe and noiseless. Available with 2-speed 3-phase motor (220-400 V) or monophase variable-speed motor (220 V). Equipped with mains switch, polarities switch (1 and 2 speed) or potentiometer, start and stop button. Accident preventing protection. The sound level is lower than 70 dB (A continuous equivalent pondered). Tanks and whips are made out of stainless steel. The machine was built in compliance with the safety, hygienic and electric norms currently in force. Tanks and tools are built with the materials provided for by concerned regulations.
